Cancer Care comes Closer.
Northeast patients’ woes of travelling to other corners of India for better cancer care have come to an end. The same quality of care is brought to your backyard by the Vision of young and eminent Medical Oncologist, Dr Venkata Pradeep Babu Koyyala, a senior consultant in Oncology with more than 15 years of treatment experience.
Hailing from humble beginnings in Andhra Pradesh and working his way up the social ladder through the transformative process of Medical Education, Dr Venkata knows the importance of Medical Care at approachable distances and affordable costs.
Dr Venkata is an alumnus of Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam the sixth oldest and one of the top medical colleges of India. He was trained in King George Hospital, Visakhapatnam. Later he continued his post-graduation in Dr.PSIMS & RF, Gannavaram, got selected into Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCIRC), Delhi for his super-specialization i.e., Medical Oncology. He is also internationally trained as a member of Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, completed ESMO (European Society of Medical Oncology) preceptorship and ECMO (European Society certification in Medical Oncology) certification. He continuously pursues academic endeavours to keep himself abreast with latest developments in oncology and to deliver best possible care to his patients.
Shankara Cancer and Research Institute is his brainchild with the vision to make the best cancer care available to the patients in Northeast. He along with his team are on a mission to extend the treatment facilities by doing their best in this part of India, which he has made his home, far away from his native place for the benefit of patients.
